I will be entering college soon n i got good results 4 my exam. i was a science stream student who took accounts n commerce as extra subjects in high school n i wished to venture into business/finance/banking careers instead of science. i am interested in taking a degree as mentioned above but i'm having trouble knowing the actual prospects of this field? i want to know about the demands for jobs in this field? its a plus factor if its in malaysia. i really need to know the answer to my question bcause i need convincing advice whether i should n could continue my plans in taking a degree in financial risk management and banking & finance or i should consider something else? what jobs can i do after graduating? wat about the salary? plz help!

First off, I don't care how old or young you are, if you want to be professional start writing like your over 13 years old. "Wat", "plz", and "n" are not words; you capitalize "I"; and it's "it's", not "its". Seriously, break this pathetic habit now or it won't matter what you do for a living.Next: You will have excellent, but different, opportunities in either science or business. However, science and engineering provide an excellent framework for finance and economics if you wish to pursue them in graduate school; but if you pursue business in undergrad, you will never go back to science. However, even as an undergrad, you will have excellent career opportunities in business. Just about every corporation, financial institution, etc. needs risk management. And having done both, I can assure you finance and economics are far easier than hard science, and pay more.But you are going to be judged much more on how you present yourself and interact with others in the finance world than in the hard sciences. You need to look professional, act professional, be professional. So seriously, learn how to write or stick with science (and even there you would go far misspelling "because"). Put in the effort now or you'll get nowhere regardless of you exam grades.

OK thanks a lot for your help I really appreciate it! I'm currently in my final round to win my country's best conglomerate scholarship though! - and I stick with finance since the panels assured me to because they've tested me on various aspects and current financial issues.
